About Aquatics

Aquatic HealthFolsom Wellness & Sports Conditioning Center houses a “state of the art” indoor pool specifically designed to meet the needs of many.

Our instructors are certified aquatic exercise specialists and have many years of experience.  The Arthritis Plus class, which is approved by the Arthritis Foundation, teaches the 2010 methods and techniques.

The principals of water offer a state of decreased gravity and compressive forces, allowing individuals to exercise with less discomfort, while improving mobility, flexibility, strength and conditioning.

We offer a variety of classes as well as Gym Memberships. Drop ins are welcome.  Class size is monitored to ensure the quality of the pool environment. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted.

Come and enjoy the benefits of exercising in water, make some new friends and see the difference it will make in your life!
