The ancient Chinese practice of acupuncture releases energy in specific areas along the body's meridians to relieve pain and facilitate healing disease. This therapeutic technique produces incredible results!
Acupuncture is just one of the many tools that an acupuncturist uses to help promote balance in your body. Your licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac), like other medical practitioners, gathers information about your chief concerns and applies the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in order to help facilitate the necessary changes in your body.
Wendy Stedeford CMT, L.Ac received her training and education at Bastyr University. She also organized and participated in the first Bastyr University preceptorship in Japan and later finished her studies in Shanghai, China.
