Keisuke Ida Keisuke (KC) Ida

KC is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He completed his Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology at Kent State in Ohio.  KC’s work in graduate school has been published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, a well respected, peer-reviewed journal.

KC has trained athletes ranging from youth sports, professional baseball, and powerlifters that compete in the Special Olympics.

Matt Lefevre

Matt Lefevre

Matt graduated from Jesuit High School and then obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. While there, he was a member of the men’s Division 1 soccer team (1999-2003). Matt brings a working knowledge of high school and collegiate athletics to his programming.

In addition to his degree, Matt holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He also completed an internship at Athlete’s Performance in Los Angeles.

Linda Moeller

Linda Brown

Linda graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a minor in Physical Education. She holds a certification with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Aerobics and Fitness Association (AFFA), Power House (PHI) in Personal Training, Pilates Reformer, Mat, Chair and Cadillac.

Linda is also a Nutritional Consultant, Presenter & Motivational Speaker.
