Matt Lefevre
Matt graduated from Jesuit High School and then obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. While there, he was a member of the men’s Division 1 soccer team (1999-2003). Matt brings a working knowledge of high school and collegiate athletics to his programming.
In addition to his degree, Matt holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He also completed an internship at Athlete’s Performance in Los Angeles.

Linda Moeller
Linda graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a minor in Physical Education. She holds a certification with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Aerobics and Fitness Association (AFFA), Power House (PHI) in Personal Training, Pilates Reformer, Mat, Chair and Cadillac.
Linda is also a Nutritional Consultant, Presenter & Motivational Speaker.

Diane Cressey
Diane is a personal trainer certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). In addition, Diane holds certifications in ISSA Performance Nutrition Specialist, Heart Zones Training, C.H.E.K. Institute Swiss Ball Certification, Athletic Training Program (ATP).
Additional training consists of the Gray Institute’s Female Chain Reaction (understanding pregnancy issues, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence issues and how to utilize functional principles and strategies of the pelvic girdle / pelvic floor as it applies to women), The Matrix System, The Pelvic Floor, and Running (encompassing the most up-to-date and proven information for functional analysis, injury prevention, training and conditioning, and performance enhancement).
